Nearly 80% of Los Angeles Unified School District's students qualify for free or reduced meals. Among other issues, COVID-19 has left many students unprepared for where their next meal is to come from. While LAUSD is providing meals to its students in a grab-and-go fashion, students often cannot make it out to campus to pick up their grab bags. The Dream Alive Foundation's 100 Hearts x 100 Minds campaign will be donating backpacks, books, toys and a meal to one hundred students in the underrepresented areas of Los Angeles. 

 

The campaign is currently accepting donations and Amazon wishlist requests, partnering with our community to begin

COVID-compliant drop-offs on January 4th, 2021.
